What's On Tap?

The Tap House Grill in downtown Seattle features the largest selection of Northwest beers on tap. This client wanted to extend their online presence with custom Facebook content to increase brand awareness, online traffic and ultimately, sales. Creative Media Alliance created branded custom Facebook Tabs for their 160 beer menu and a happy hour special just for their Facebook audience fans, with hooks back to their website, and vice versa with social hooks from their website to Facebook. The beer menu tab also functioned as the default landing tab for non-fans rather than dropping them onto the wall, and the mid-conversation confusion related to that navigation experience. This multi-pronged campaign has been a great success for Tap House Grill.

This custom Facebook campaign content generated a 1000% increase in daily active users for the week it was introduced and a 200% increase in monthly active users for the month it was introduced. This corresponded to a 40% increase in website traffic and a 600% increase in referral traffic to the website from Facebook. The Tap House Grill Campaign can also be viewed on Facebook Studio.
